Dire customer service
Lovely products but trying to get anywhere with customer service is fruitless.
I purchased a faulty set from QVC. They refunded but said Darphin did not send replacement items for faulty products. I wanted to contact Darphin as the set was considerable more expensive elsewhere, yet they are very unhelpful and wouldn’t forward a customer service email to discuss my concerns - I am aware my contract is with QVC.
Will not purchase again despite loving the intral products.

poor customer service
I've had 3 orders cancelled with no update. When I contacted customer service I received no explanation and they were trying to convince me the transactions didn't went thru until I sent them pictures with each transaction. Don't buy from them..horrible services and even worse customer service
